Thanksgiving!

Our Thanksgiving was lovely, and really, how can one complain when sitting outside in late November eating a delicious meal?! We ate lunch on the patio at 1pm and had the largest selection I've ever seen! Connie was also hosting over 40 family members! We enjoyed a relaxing meal followed by a very wide selection of desserts and coffee - it was wonderful! After lunch, Cub rides started and those who didn't go up in the plane relaxed or rested after all that turkey.

The pre-meal entertainment - Gator rides around the Farm! CK's Uncle Benny drove the kids around the Farm looking for spiders and wildlife (trust me, I heard about spiders for a while after those trips!)

Grandpa and his two favorites!


That evening we snacked on leftovers and the kids played inside. Sofia borrowed Sydney's hat and wore it while playing with cars - her new favorite game. She loves matchbox cars and will crawl around on her knees while pushing them and making up some sort of story. Look how she has them in a perfect row - just like she does at home (with cars only, trust me, her room doesn't exactly get the same treatment!)
