Colleyville Christmas

On Friday December 3rd, Sofia and I went with Thelma and Isabella to the "Holley Colley Christmas" on Main Street in Colleyville. It was a great event with several inflatable slides and bounce houses, pony rides, snowman building, games, a small train ride, etc. Plus, it was all free so we ended up spending hours there! The girls loved it! The first hour or so that we were there, Isabella and Sofia virtually had the place to themselves and took full advantage of the big inflated slide. I think they went on the pony rides three times and we did the train ride twice. Santa arrived too (with two beauty pageant winners - Miss Teen Texas and Miss Tarrant County - what do you expect, it is Texas after all). Neither Sofia or Isabella were interested in seeing Santa, so we went back for more slide and bounce house. By the middle of the event it was pretty crowded, so we headed home.

Sofia immediately ran up to the gorilla and gave him a big hug.....he had candy canes which are her favorite.
