On Thursday morning, Sofia and I went with Lori and Paige to the Denver Zoo! It was an incredible place and probably the best zoo I've ever visited! Paige and Sofia are so cute together although Sofia tends to say "No, don't do that" to Paige at any slight and perceived "injustice". Paige is nearly 3 and so thoughtful and helpful to Sofia and they generally played together and hung out really well together. We saw a lot of animals and Sofia dragged Green Beup-Beup along and showed him many of the animals. One of her favorite "exhibits" was of a 'snort' (aka a tractor) working - she calls most tractors and all cranes "snorts" after the book "Are You My Mother?" So, I had to take a picture of her and the "snort"! Lori was so thoughtful and made us all peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and had tons of snacks, so we had lunch together before we left the zoo. It was such a fun day and Lori and Paige were so much fun to be with!
