Olivia Loses TWO Molars!

On Monday afternoon, Olivia lost her very first molar!  She was so excited!  For about a week it had been annoying her a lot since food would get trapped between her loose tooth and gums.  Earlier on Monday she visited Dr. Chow, her orthodontist for a regular check-up and the orthodontist assistant told me that her tooth was going to fall out in the next few days.  She said they offered to give it a pull, since it is just barely hanging on, but Olivia was totally against that idea.  Ironically it fell out maybe 2 hours after her appointment. She was so excited.  It had been bothering her for so long.  She wrote a note to her Tooth Fairy, Alisha to tell her the good news!

The next morning, Olivia awoke to a note from Alisha giving her congratulations on losing her first molar and giving her $5 as well as a cute plastic horse and a tube of fairy dust.  It was perfect because Skipper had just destroyed one of her plastic horses. She loves playing with her plastic horses when friends are over, so she was super excited by the new toy horse.

Then, the very next day, she lost another molar!  She said it was barely even loose.  It probably wasn't loose enough for her to notice compared to the first molar.  She was eating something and thought "what is that hard part" in my snack!  It was her tooth!  Crazy!  So, she was super excited.  Again, Alisha gave her $5 as well as another plastic horse toy.   Now, hopefully she can keep her teeth in her mouth for awhile.
