Washington DC Visit

Sofia and I spent a few days in Washington DC prior to the joint Grayden-Sofia birthday party. The time was mainly spent running around town buying food, organizing for the party and baking and frosting approximately 75 cupcakes! Here are some pics of the pre-party time we were there:

Gifts! Aunt and Uncle brought back lots of great stuff for Sofia from their vacation to St. John's- a Caneel Bay hat (pink of course), a rash guard shirt for swimming, and a really great book about the ocean (I actually learned a few things from it!). Here she is checking out her new things
