Santa Claus Visited!

Santa Claus visited our house sometime in the night! He drank the milk and ate nearly all of the cookies left out for him and also left a sweet note thanking the girls for the cookies and milk. The girls were SO excited to go through their stockings and I was able to wake up about 30 minutes before them to make coffee and take photos of the stockings and fireplace. The girls woke up around 7:30am and were SO excited to see their stockings full and the goodies left on the mantle for them. They immediately headed for their own little pile of goodies and started looking and playing with them. Sofia loved the Simon Says game and the new dinosaurs while Olivia loved her new Elsa and Anna dolls with clip dresses. They were both so excited.

CK also had a full stocking and sat down with a cup of coffee to go through his things, while Buddy sat on the couch and looked at his new chew toys. He actually started tossing around his brown dog toy right away. He really does love chew toys. Meanwhile, Santa brought me the most awesome gift ever! A brand new turquoise purse that is not only a piece of art, but perfect for daily use. I can't wait to use it!

We spent the rest of the day in our pjs, going through our toys and goodies and just relaxing. It was perfect!
