Our big girl is 21/2 and is growing like crazy. She's 36 inches tall and weights 34 lbs. Of course, she still loves being cuddled and carried most places and touching my belly while she sucks her thumb. In fact, she loves sucking her thumb and will play with her own belly if she can't get to mine. Olivia loves to play dress up and wear "princess" shoes around the house, which is a bit scary because those plastic shoes are very slippery on our concrete floors. Olivia loves her naps and will sleep for 2 to 3 hours every day. She usually wakes up crabby, but comes to herself quick enough. She loves macaroni and cheese and cheese sticks but isn't as big of a fan of crackers and bread, as Sofia was at this age. Similar to Sofia, she loves to have stories read to her and also loves to "read" them to herself. She hasn't memorized as many books as Sofia had at this point, but is good at remembering the story lines and making up stories to fill in the gaps.
Olivia loves her crib and isn't into cuddling as much as wanting to be in her crib by herself. She doesn't have a lovey, but will pick a stuffed animal that she sleeps with for a few weeks at a time. Olivia adores her big sister and can't wait for her to get home from school so they can play together. They are very good at play together too. Our girl is growing up so quickly!!
